The rear glass on a Model 3 and Model Y is one large curved piece, and on most Teslas the roof is glass too. Both take more film and more time to shape than a normal sedan, so the price is set by model rather than the standard sedan or SUV rate. Text us the model and year and you have the number in minutes.
Yes. A ceramic film on the roof is the single biggest change in how hot the cabin gets, because the roof is where the sun is. It does not darken your view of anything but the sky.
No. We do not put film over camera housings, and the films we install are non-metallic, so they do not affect the key card, the phone key or the cell and GPS signals.
A clear or light ceramic film on the windshield blocks heat and UV without changing your view, and stays inside Alabama’s rule. Most Tesla owners who do the roof do the windshield with it.
Plan on a full day. Drop off in the morning and it is ready before we close. The deposit is the same $50 and comes off the total.
